Where is my License Email?
Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find your license email there either, please contactsupport@readworks.app.
The readworks shortcuts in the Windows Start menu have disappeared
Please perform a reinstallation of readworks. First, uninstall readworks using the uninstallation program. Your work and license data will not be removed during uninstallation.
Then, simply reinstall readworks by downloading the setup file through the link in your license email.
The app does not finish importing a document
If there is an instance where importing a document cannot be completed, you can simply restart readworks. If documents were not imported fully, readworks automatically removes them, and you can easily repeat the document import.
